CHIS is owned and governed by an independent Board of Directors comprised of two representatives from each of the Founding Member hospitals: Bluewater Health, Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Windsor Regional Hospital, Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital and Leamington District Memorial Hospital.
