Service Delivery Model
CHIS’ innovative service delivery model includes four key components:
 
Information Technology supports the effective installment and maintenance of all member organizations IT infrastructure and solutions as well as a regional data centre.
 
Information Management delivers health care application implementation, integration and support services.

Service and Performance aligns goals with customer needs and strives to exceed expectations by providing member organizations with accountable, courteous, and responsive service.

Project Management Office (PMO) is a regional resource, funded by the Erie St. Clair LHIN that helps guide projects to successful conclusion through the consistent use of effective best practice standards.

Taken together, these four areas of focus enable health care providers in Erie St. Clair to have the best of both worlds – access to support that takes into account their unique local needs and organizational cultures – and a big picture perspective on project development, management and implementation that addresses regional and provincial priorities and prepares for future growth and development.
